Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that take into consideration clients' histories, current circumstances, and therapeutic goals.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, to provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.

• Perform continuous assessments of client progress, offering feedback and adjusting treatment strategies to maximize effectiveness.

• Facilitate the communication of client's needs and connect them with additional resources or specialists when required.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and follow ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
