Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, providing real-time support to adults grappling with various emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address familial relationship challenges, destructive behavioral patterns, and individual psychological issues.

• Facilitate engaging remote therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for all clients.

• Guide clients and their family members in acquiring practical skills and strategies for addressing and overcoming personal challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our outpatient program, you will primarily work with adults from diverse backgrounds facing a multitude of emotional and relational challenges. Your role will involve working closely with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among other mental health concerns. We are particularly focused on creating an inclusive environment that recognizes the unique needs of each individual and their family systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing therapeutic services as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
