Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality/Reliability Engineer to support electrical and electronic systems quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting vehicle quality concerns, driving corrective actions, warranty analysis, supplier quality support, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills using 8D and 5 Whys
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
• Experience with quality, reliability, warranty, or manufacturing issues

Preferred Skills:

• Teamcenter
• WERS
• Vehicle electrical systems experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve electrical quality concerns
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Analyze warranty and field quality data
• Support supplier quality and plant improvement initiatives
• Coordinate plant trials and validation activities
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
