Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant's (LNA) to join our team.

Schedule : Weekend Warrior 3PM - 11PM Saturday and Sundays

Sign-On Bonus: Part-time $2,000

Pay Range : $21.00 - $28.00, based on experience + $3.00/hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday

What You’ll Do :

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets

What We’re Looking For :

• Current, valid LNA license in the state of New Hampshire

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
