We are seeking a reliable and responsible Saturday Receptionist to support the public-facing service team, front office team, and multiple departments. This role will manage a moderate volume of visitors while providing professional customer assistance and keeping the reception area clean at all times. The Receptionist will also use Vagaro Booking to support scheduling and front-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk reception and visitor check-in.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer assistance.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Vagaro Booking.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain office information.
• Coordinate front-office activities and support multiple departments.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in receptionist operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Reliable and responsible approach to work.
