IAM Lead

We'ew supporting a search for a globally renowned technology and consulting leader to source an exceptional Identity & Access Management Lead . In this enterprise-level leadership position, you will drive end-to-end accountability and strategic vision for the organization's global identity security landscape. Operating at a senior stakeholder level within a multinational environment, you will govern business-critical identity services spanning IGA, AM, and PAM across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS infrastructures. Key ResponsibilitiES Serve as the enterprise authority on Identity Security for human and non-human identities, privileged access, and Zero Trust principles. Direct, mentor, and scale globally distributed teams consisting o f 50+ resourc es, fostering a high-performance culture of operational excellence. Provide comprehensive ownership of core enterprise toolsets, includin g RSA IGL, Airflow, Ping Identi ty (SSO, MFA, Federation), an d CyberArk P AM (Server, Application, and Cloud). Own global SLAs, KPIs, executive reporting, Disaster Recovery strategies, and fiscal management (subscription optimization and cost efficiency). Collaborate extensively with senior business, security, and IT leaders globally to align identity services with regulatory frameworks and corporate growth strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record in a senior leadership capacity managing enterprise-scale IAM/PAM domains within complex multinational organisations. Deep hands-on and architectural familiarity with industry-standard toolsets (RSA, Ping Identity, CyberArk) and modern hybrid/cloud IAM ecosystems. Exceptional capability in leading, developing, and inspiring large multicultural engineering and operations teams (50+ members). Fluent English proficiency with elite stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
