The Client is a marketing and consulting agency focused on helping martial arts schools grow their monthly recurring revenue through structured marketing systems, lead generation, and operational strategy. They support partners with Facebook advertising, onboarding systems, performance tracking, and business optimization.

About the Role

The client is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support operational workflows, onboarding processes, and performance tracking across multiple partner accounts. This role will play a key part in maintaining organized systems inside Go High Level, updating performance data, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. The position will start part time with strong potential to scale into a full time role as the company continues growing.

Key Responsibilities

Go High Level Support

• Manage basic Go High Level buildouts using pre existing templates
• Adjust automations, calendars, custom values, and client specific settings
• Support A2P application processes during onboarding
• Handle minor system updates such as calendar or automation adjustments

Data Tracking and Reporting

• Update daily performance numbers inside Google Sheets
• Review ad accounts to pull monthly ad spend and maintain accurate records
• Maintain clean and organized tracking systems across multiple accounts
• Identify missing or inconsistent data and flag it proactively

Operational and Administrative Support

• Assist with onboarding related tasks and internal workflows
• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders and content assets
• Support general admin requests tied to operations and system management

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands on experience using Go High Level
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or project based roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
• Comfortable communicating inside Slack and working with a remote team
• Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager is a plus but not required

Preferred Experience

• Background supporting marketing or digital service teams
• Understanding of marketing metrics and performance tracking
• Experience working in fast paced or growth focused environments
