WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

COMPENSATION:
$34,000 base salary plus commissions on written Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance sales. Strong producers may earn $55,000+ in total annual compensation based on results.

TRAINING BONUS:
Earn a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the 3-month training and onboarding program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, prospect for new business, and proactively contact prospective and existing customers. 
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services. 
• Follow up consistently on leads and quotes and ask for the business. 
• Work toward established activity and production goals across Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance. 
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, accurate, and responsive communication. 
• Conduct account conversations to identify additional needs and opportunities to better protect customers. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on customer commitments. 
• Contribute to agency growth while promoting successful and long-lasting customer relationships. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience preferred, including inside/outside sales, retail, automotive, wireless, banking, hospitality, or other goal-driven environments. 
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, follow-up, and asking for the sale. 
• Motivated by goals, measurable results, and performance-based compensation. 
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and listening. 
• Coachable, dependable, and willing to receive feedback. 
• Able to build rapport, identify customer needs, and confidently recommend solutions. 
• Organized and able to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and priorities. 
• Property & Casualty license preferred; must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses.
