Walker Healthforce is seeking a Risk Adjustment & Population Health Program Governance Manager with 7+ years' experience to support a healthcare client based. This is a 7-month contract opportunity.

START DATE: ASAP
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
WORKER TYPE: W2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience in risk adjustment, population health management, or healthcare program governance
• 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience; deep knowledge of HCC, RAF, and RADV models

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in Risk Adjustment, Clinical Process Improvement, and Population Health Management
• TMO/PMO leadership experience on complex, multi-workstream healthcare programs
• Executive presence and demonstrated experience presenting to SVP/VP-level clinical and business stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of CMS-HCC risk adjustment models (V24/V28), ICD-10-CM, and Medicare Advantage frameworks

WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Provider-payor integration experience in an integrated delivery network
• CRC, CPMA, or equivalent risk adjustment coding or audit credential
• Clinical documentation fluency across ambient listening, CDI, and acuity capture program workstreams

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a multi-workstream risk adjustment and acuity capture program as TMO/PMO lead
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, risk register, and workstream status reporting cadence
• Prepare and present materials for senior stakeholders at VP and SVP levels, including steering committee decks and board-level updates
• Integrate across In-Visit Ambient, Post-Visit CDI, CO & NV E2E, and Risk Adjustment workstream threads
• Lead risk adjustment performance oversight including HCC, RAF, and RADV compliance monitoring
• Partner with clinical, coding, health plan, and IS leadership to align on program strategy and execution priorities
• Drive provider-payor integration initiatives and manage cross-functional workstream interdependencies
