Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options.
• Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage client information.
• Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage details to enhance their understanding.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
