Serving as the face of Invesco, you will be an integral part of fostering the client journey with a consultative, client first approach, to identify needs and get results.You will be responsible for:Developing differentiated client relationships with high end RIAs in AZ, NM, CO, UT, IA, NE, WY, MT, OR, WA, AK. These relationships include both existing and new ones that maximize Invesco wallet share through sales growth, asset retention, and growing the Invesco brand within the territoryApproach all interactions as a consultant, starting with client needs and optimally using internal resources needed to meet those needs, including delivering insight-based education, mentoring, and portfolio construction consultationsDevelop and complete a data-driven client segmentation strategyDeliver product presentations to current and prospective Financial Advisors via telephone, WebEx, office visits, cluster meetings, seminars, and conferencesBuild and implement strategic travel rotation to cover smaller boutique firms across the country and clients in non-metropolitan areasPartner with the Division Sales Manager to create and implement a territory sales plan which is aligned with the overarching division planThe experience you bring:Series 7 and 63 requiredCFA, CIMA or similar certification a plusUndergraduate, college degree or equivalent work experience requiredFive or more years of sales experience in marketing investment products to financial advisorsTechnical investment expertise including outstanding knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs and their competitive landscape and in-depth understanding of Capital Markets and the impact of economic factorsExcellent listening skills with a natural inclination to focus on meeting needs coupled with strong presentation and interpersonal skillsA digital and data-driven mentality to develop and carry out a strategic business plan, including the adoption of technologies that improve efficiency and lead to an enhanced client experienceA growth mindset with a business-owner mentalityThe salary range for this position in New York, NY is $110,000 - $120,000 Base/year.
