About Nabi Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We're starting with the first digital health platform for eating disorders, powered by an agentic care model that empowers clinicians to deliver continuous, high-quality care. We've already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $10M from the top VC firms in Silicon Valley. Why We Need You This role exists to ensure that patients who are ready for care can access it quickly, reliably, and with a high-quality experience. You will also own a broad set of clinical operations work, from clinician hiring coordination to process improvement, and take on whatever the team needs a dedicated owner for. The expectation is consistent: high ownership and attention to detail so nothing falling through the cracks. What You'll Do Own patient intake end-to-end — run outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, schedule first appointments, follow up on no-shows, and re-engage lapsed patients so no one falls through the cracks Track and report on the funnel — own KPIs like reach rate, conversion rate, and show rate, and bring a weekly view of intake performance to the ops team Own patient communications — craft our scheduling messages, follow-ups, and emails that are clear, warm, and on-brand Support clinician hiring and onboarding — help coordinate recruiting logistics, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and get new clinicians set up and ramped Flag problems and bring solutions — work across clinical and ops to keep handoffs clean and bring solutions, not just problems What We're Looking For Based in San Francisco (this is an in-person role) Obsessive attention to detail — nothing falls through the cracks when you're on it Self-motivated and self-directed; you don't need to be managed closely Strong written communication skills Genuine passion for digital health and what we're building Who Will Thrive Here You're early in your career but you operate with high ownership.
