Contract Administrator

To support the Revenue Operations team of a leading cybersecurity company, the full-time Contract Administrator will manage a high volume of service contract requests, ensuring compliance and timely execution while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume queue of service scope requests, ensuring timely response and adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs) Review, prioritize, and coordinate incoming contract requests, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary Track contract revisions, approvals, document versions, and negotiation history throughout the contract lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations Strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal terminology, and contract administration best practices Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
