Compensation and Benefits Base salary $38,500 – $55,000 per year (commissions uncapped, based on performance). Additional transportation allowance $2,000. Responsibilities Develop professional relationships with candidates and clients. Sell and negotiate recruitment services on multiple levels. Source and identify suitable candidates. Manage the full recruitment process from requisition through placement. Requirements Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Not applicable in the USA. Confidence, resilience and perseverance. A strong desire to succeed. Additional language proficiency may be required for some roles, to better communicate with candidates and customers. Language Preferences NORDIC JOB ROLES – Written and spoken Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish (preferred). FRENCH JOB ROLES – Written and spoken French. SPANISH JOB ROLES – Written and spoken Spanish. ITALIAN JOB ROLES – Written and spoken Italian. GERMAN JOB ROLES – Written and spoken German. JAPANESE JOB ROLES – Written and spoken Japanese.
