Location: 6531 Meridien Drive Suite #113 Raleigh, NC 27616

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern (onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information

Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctors offices to resolve claims issues

Process and pick prescriptions (from intake to order completion)

Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Packing orders for shipment

Receiving supply and drug orders

Required Qualifications:

North Carolina State Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration

2+ years of pharmacy experience

Ability to work on-site at the Raleigh, NC facility

Must be at least 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail, hospital or infusion pharmacy technician experience

PTCB Certification

Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

Soft Skills:

Good phone etiquette

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
