Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments, including thorough physical examinations and medical history evaluations
• Assist in diagnosing surgical issues through the analysis of diagnostic images and laboratory results

• Provide intraoperative assistance, including preparing surgical rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and transferring surgical instruments during operations
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, which encompasses medication distribution, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education

Educational Background

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant training program
• Preferred completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus

Required Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
