Regional Banking Sales & Service Coordinator I

DescriptionSummary:The Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding of new Regional Banking customers and managing the on-going relationship to ensure quality control and a “Simply the Best” customer experience for a group of Bankers with portfolios of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales. Responsibilities are approached with significant emphasis on cross-sell to identify opportunities and coordinate these efforts for the team. Continually reviews portfolio to uncover other business opportunities. Responsible for client service and client management utilizing a relationship plan/model.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist bankers in managing their portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.Coordinate the due diligence and document-gathering necessary to get new and renewal loans documented and closed.Ensure renewals are completed on a timely basis.Pipeline ManagementEnsure required financial statements are collected from customers on a timely basis.Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and a Simply the Best customer experience.Client service and client management utilizing a relationship plan/model .Coordinate with bankers and partners to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.Manage NSF/OD items and coordinating resolution with bankers and customers.Handle post-loan requests such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.Research and resolve service and operational issues related to deposit and credit accounts.Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.Ensure a Regional Banking incident is submitted to the Incident team for suspected fraudulent transactions.Connecting customers to the appropriate teams for recommended bank products.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.Responsible for focus and awareness of identifying, assessing, and managing risk and adhering to policy and procedure acknowledgements.Participate in identifying issues of concern and keeping department management informed as needed.Assist in the onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in a financial services or credit environmentMinimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environmentPreferred Qualifications:Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal orientedStrong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-upAbility to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationshipsCapable of multitasking and working independently under pressure with minimal supervisionProficient in PC usage, internet tools, and Microsoft OfficeRegional Banking sales and product knowledgeConsultative selling and profiling experienceProven track record of working well in a team environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-taskExempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)NoWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
