We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Support to join our team! You will perform a variety of complex and highly confidential typing, records processing and general office support functions for the investigative staff.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Order office supplies and pick up and distribute mail.
- Maintains and updates office records into the database.
- Perform all other office tasks as required. xhqgsiq
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ?Strong organizational skills
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
- Must have at least 2 yr. of administrative experience
