About the Position

VSSI Staffing Services is seeking an experienced, motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll manage recruiting efforts for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial clients throughout the DFW area.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, enjoys connecting people with opportunities, and has a proven track record of successful placements.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Manage multiple job orders and recruiting priorities.
• Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, machine operator, and specialized technical positions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Partner with Account Managers to meet client staffing needs.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, and placements.
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Support urgent staffing requests and high-volume recruiting initiatives.
• Assist with mentoring junior recruiters as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Light industrial or manufacturing staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet recruiting and placement goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
