• Direct Sales & B2C Closers: Proven track record in door-to-door, pest control, solar, roofing, alarm systems, or automotive sales. High resilience and strong closing acumen are non-negotiable.

• Captive Insurance Agents: Motivated to break away from proprietary contract restrictions, captive agency hierarchies, and locked books of business.
\n
• Licensing: Active Life & Health producer license preferred. Unlicensed direct-sales performers with verifiable production history will be considered with fast-track licensing support.

• Entrepreneurial Acumen: Comfortable running as a 1099 independent business operator who understands the leverage of investing in lead inventory.
