CNC Router OperatorPay: $18.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary-to-PermanentJob Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our team. This position is initially temporary with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance, attendance, and overall fit.Responsibilities:Operate CNC routers and related production equipment safely and efficiently.Load and unload materials and secure materials properly for cutting.Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications.Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.Make basic machine adjustments as needed.Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.Meet daily production and quality requirements.Qualifications:Previous CNC router or CNC machine operating experience preferred.Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and follow instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.Schedule & Compensation: Starting Pay: $18.00/hour Status: Temp-to-Perm
