Director, Strategic Finance

Compensation: $230,000–$250,000 plus bonus benefits and equity. Based in San Francisco, CA, we are a global leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Finance organization is expanding and seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Finance to partner directly with go-to-market leadership the CFO and the CEO during a pivotal stage of growth including public company readiness. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader who values strategic business partnering data-driven decision making and long-term professional stability within a high-growth technology environment. Responsibilities Drive topline annual operating planning processes quarterly forecasts and long-range scenarios including billing revenue and ARR while managing headcount planning departmental operating expense forecasting and preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for go-to-market leadership with accuracy and efficiency Partner with Sales Leadership and HR to design model and implement annual sales compensation plans while overseeing end-to-end commission administration including quota and territory validation calculations timely payouts and commission management system data integrity Develop and maintain sophisticated sales capacity models to inform hiring targets quota setting and long-term revenue projections while analyzing key SaaS metrics including CAC quota attainment pipeline velocity ARR NRR and sales cycle length to support strategic decision-making Act as the primary financial advisor and trusted business partner to go-to-market leadership while leading mentoring and developing a high-performing team of finance professionals and driving continuous improvement and scalability in financial processes and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or STEM field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred 9+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in FP&A Strategic Finance or Corporate Finance leadership roles with demonstrated experience in SaaS subscription and/or cybersecurity environments and deep understanding of SaaS metrics including TCV ARR NRR CAC and pipeline to billings Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior leadership and a demonstrated track record of operating driver-based models achieving forecast accuracy improving efficiency and driving accountability through data Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader seeking a high-impact strategic role within a growing global technology organization, mentorship and long-term stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
