We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our First Quality Home Care Products, LLC company located in Salt Lake City, UT. This position will be responsible for overseeing all plant‑level materials planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and finished goods deployment. The role ensures alignment between production, supply chain, and distribution to meet operational targets, minimize waste, and maintain optimal inventory levels. The position provides leadership to a team managing Finished Goods and Raw Materials functions and plays a key role in operational efficiency and cost control. Primary Responsibilities Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping the warehouse inventory current. Work with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, customer service, production planning, quality assurance, and purchasing. Supervise activities being conducted and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity during all shifts. Hire and release warehouse personnel as required to maintain an efficient warehouse and shipping operation. Be responsible for employee relations, personnel training programs, discipline, and appraisals. Maintain team member payroll and absenteeism reports. Generate warehouse productivity reports, account for all labor hours and adhere to budget requirements while working toward goals and objectives. Perform internal and external warehouse audits to ensure proper inventory controls are in place and regulatory compliance is maintained. Direct all finished goods inventories, raw materials inventories, salvage, and disposition of damaged or rework material. Coordinate all truck driver flow in and out of the facility. Recommend equipment requirements, replacements, and preventative maintenance programs to management in order to upgrade and improve upon warehouse productivity and efficiency. Suggest material handling and technology upgrades. Be responsible for security of the building and its contents. Effectively manage the WMS to ensure process compliance and accurate material consumption. Experience with SAP EWM preferred. Observe all safety rules and use the proper safety equipment at all times. Perform other duties as necessary when directed to do so. Follow necessary GMP and ISO regulations. Ideal Candidate Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or college‑level courses in a business‑related field or 3‑5 years’ experience in a supervisory position. Five to ten years’ experience in warehouse operations. Work Environment 70/30 warehouse floor and office. Frequent interaction with associates and cross‑functional teams.
