Call Center Agent - Mortgage Escrow

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a "no-excuses" work ethic? We are looking for resilient, tech-savvy individuals to join our client for a high-priority mortgage and tax support project. This is a 13-week temp-to-hire opportunity where your performance and reliability are your ticket to a long-term career. The role will begin out onsite and transition to a hybrid work schedule after training. 

This role requires total availability and commitment.  Operational Hours: Must be available for ANY shift between M-F (6 AM – 7 PM CT) and Saturdays (7 AM – 4 PM CT).

Responsibilities

Must be available for ANY shift between M-F (6 AM – 7 PM CST) and Saturdays (7 AM – 4 PM CST).

• Manage 22–25 inbound calls daily regarding mortgage escrow and tax inquiries.
• Navigate up to 10 different portals and systems simultaneously to research and solve complex data puzzles.
• Master contact center software (Salesforce, Cisco Finesse, etc.) to document every interaction with 100% accuracy.
• Educate homeowners on their accounts while meeting strict production and quality KPIs.

Hybrid Work Model

• Weeks 1–7: 100% In-Office M-Th with Fridays at home  (Training and nesting).
• Weeks 8–13: Hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day in-office).
• Remote Requirement: You MUST have a hard-wired internet connection (Ethernet cable). No Wi-Fi allowed.
