We are seeking an Account Director for Data Centers to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key accounts. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this role is at the crossroads of business strategy and cutting-edge technology. You will collaborate with senior executives, mobilize global resources, and deliver solutions that enable customers to accelerate their energy transition. Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts. Develop and execute account growth plans to increase customer spend and loyalty. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering tailored solutions and value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives. Drive order growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Resolve complex issues while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Align internal resources to meet evolving client needs. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity in all engagements. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline (required). 12+ years of account management experience (preferred). Minimum 5 years working with data center or hyperscale clients. Strong track record in sales, relationship management, and problem resolution. Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional business environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Work authorization in the United States is required.
