Order Entry Clerk
Location: 3 days onsite, Euclid, Ohio, 44117 for training, then fully remote Pay: $22/hour Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Length: Contract-to-Hire Join a dynamic team as an Order Entry Clerk and play a crucial role in maintaining seamless order processing operations! Must Haves:
- 2 years data entry experience with high level of accuracy
- ERP experience a must, SAP and Salesforce
- Attention to detail
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of high-accuracy data entry experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems, with SAP experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills for verifying and confirming order details
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or order management
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve order discrepancies efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is advantageous
- Prior background in data entry, order processing, or logistics roles
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work onsite in Euclid for the first three days of training
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable equipment for remote work (provided by the company)
