Commercial Property Manager

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a commercial real estate organization, is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail shopping centers, serving as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure properties remain professionally managed and well-maintained. Job Duties Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, vendors, and contractors Coordinate tenant billing and maintain accurate property-related records Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely manner Conduct routine site visits to evaluate property conditions and identify maintenance needs Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance with third-party vendors and contractors Monitor maintenance projects from initiation through completion Communicate property updates and operational status to ownership Skills Required 5+ years of experience in commercial property management Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or maintenance activities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience managing retail shopping centers or commercial real estate portfolios Experience using Yardi or similar property management software Knowledge of tenant billing and property documentation processes Experience in maintaining property and financial records Familiarity with commercial property maintenance and vendor management We offer industry-leading benefits options and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) that values merit-based recruitment centered around technical ability, skillset, and alignment with our employing partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
