Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech therapy services on a 13-week temporary contract. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques and interventions aimed at improving speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure the highest standard of patient support.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal issued license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Demonstrate proven clinical experience in speech and language therapy.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Commit to maintaining professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Ability to adhere to facility policies, including wearing a photo badge at all times during shifts.
