Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients .

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $50.00 to $55.00/hour (W-2)
• Travel Pay: $2,400 to $2,500 gross per week
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile (from first patient to last patient)

Location: Austintown, OH, 44515

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36

On Call/Weekend Requirement: On call 2-3x week, every other weekend (sat & sun) with on call

Coverage Areas: Counties: Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull, some of Portage (garretsville, windham, deerfield, atwater, nelson, palmyra, paris)

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled home health nursing care, including patient assessments, care planning, medication management, accurate documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) , and timely communication with the interdisciplinary team to meet productivity standards and ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in weekly case conferences, maintain frequent communication with the office and care team, and fulfill the rotating on-call schedule (2–3 weekdays and every other weekend) while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the assigned coverage areas.

What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart? Homecare Homebase charting system (HCHB) experience. All clinical skills up to date.
