Job Description

Strive Global is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of promotional events, assist with customer and attendee engagement, and help ensure each event represents our clients professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys an energetic, people-focused environment and wants to strengthen their communication, marketing, and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns
• Engage with customers and event attendees in a professional and approachable manner
• Provide clear and accurate information about represented brands, products, or campaigns
• Support promotional activities designed to increase awareness and customer engagement
• Work closely with team members to meet event and campaign objectives
• Maintain professional presentation and brand standards during events
• Assist with event materials, displays, and promotional resources
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign briefings
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for customers and event attendees
