About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years of proven experience in personal injury litigation to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who can manage litigation tasks, coordinate case deadlines, and support attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury cases.

The successful candidate will assist with discovery, drafting and filing pleadings, managing attorney calendars, preparing for trials, and handling other essential litigation responsibilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with legal procedures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling personal injury cases.
• Review, track, organize, and respond to emails and case-related correspondence.
• Propound discovery and manage discovery-related documentation.
• Prepare draft responses to discovery requests and assist with related litigation documentation.
• Prepare, serve, and file pleadings and other legal documents.
• Calendar hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, including tracking all corresponding deadlines.
• Maintain and monitor attorney calendars to ensure timely completion of case-related tasks and court deadlines.
• Prepare and file Minor's Compromise documents in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing case files and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable court rules, filing requirements, and legal procedures.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize case management software to organize case records, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate litigation-related activities and provide timely administrative assistance to attorneys.
• Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of personal injury litigation matters.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven work experience in personal injury litigation.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, litigation protocols, and court filing requirements.
• Experience preparing, serving, and filing pleadings and handling discovery-related tasks.
• Working knowledge of case management software; experience with Filevine is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-filing procedures in state and federal courts.
• Experience managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Knowledge of Minor's Compromise preparation and filing procedures.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and document management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate case records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing reliable support to attorneys.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly compensation of $30 $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
