Internet Lead Manager / Coordinator Cannon Acura Honda Montgomery is a great place to have a rewarding career! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internet Lead Manager / Coordinator to make sure our Internet opportunities are managed, followed up with, and never forgotten. This position is ideal for someone who is great at follow-up, organization, communication, and keeping things moving. Your primary responsibility will not be to personally sell every Internet lead. Instead, you will be responsible for managing our Internet leads from the moment they arrive, making sure they are contacted, followed up with, properly assigned, and moved toward an appointment or sale, and more. What You’ll Do Monitor and manage incoming Internet leads from our website, third-party websites, social media, and other sources. Make sure every lead receives a timely and professional response. Track what is happening with each lead and maintain accurate notes in the CRM. Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet purchased. Communicate with and support our sales team to make sure leads are being properly handled. Identify leads that are not being followed up with and take action to keep them from falling through the cracks. Work directly with customers when appropriate to answer questions, provide information, and help set appointments. Help turn Internet inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities. Monitor appointments and follow up with customers who miss appointments. Occasionally handle and sell customers yourself when the opportunity makes sense. Help improve our dealership's overall Internet lead process and follow-up performance. Report on lead activity, appointments, follow-up, and results to management. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who: Has automotive dealership, BDC, Internet sales, or customer service experience — but great organizational and communication skills are just as important. Is organized and extremely good at follow-up. Communicates well by phone, text, email, and in person. Is comfortable working with CRM systems and learning new technology. Can stay on top of a large number of customers and conversations. Is persistent without being pushy. Takes ownership and doesn't wait for someone else to solve a problem. Can hold salespeople accountable to properly working their leads. Enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. This Is NOT a "Sit and Wait for Leads" Job We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the process. You'll be the person asking: "What happened with this lead?" "Did we contact them?" "Did they respond?" "Did they show up?" "If they didn't buy, what's the next follow-up?"
