Full-Time X-Ray Technologist

The Full-Time X-Ray Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting, ensuring accurate diagnoses and patient safety. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and a stable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and established protocols
2. Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images
3. Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
4. Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed for patients and staff
5. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
6. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans
7. Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT certification required
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging
