Job Summary

This Physical Therapist role in Deerfield Beach, FL offers the chance to work in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office with a patient schedule built for quality treatment. With 2 patients per hour , you can spend meaningful time evaluating, treating, educating, and guiding each patient.

The clinic serves patients with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, sports-related conditions, pain, and functional limitations.

Position Snapshot

• Orthopedic outpatient office
• PT-owned practice
• 2 patients per hour
• $90,000–$110,000 per year
• Flexible schedule: 4-day option or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and build personalized care plans
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic activities, strengthening, stretching, and mobility work
• Reassess patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients on movement, exercise, and recovery strategies
• Document services in a complete and timely manner
• Partner with PTAs to ensure treatment plans are followed properly
• Contribute to a professional and patient-centered clinic experience

Requirements

• FL Physical Therapist License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New grads welcome
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work well with patients and team members
