Job Summary

A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care in a patient-focused setting. This role is ideal for a PT who wants time to treat well, build strong patient relationships, and work in a clinic that values quality over high-volume care.

You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and help people return to daily activities, work, sports, and movement with confidence.

Position Details
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery timelines, and injury prevention
• Complete clear and timely documentation
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff to support smooth patient care
• Help maintain a positive and professional clinic environment

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
