Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Salary: $80K to $100K/year DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient practice. In this role, you will help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to their normal routines through structured therapy and consistent follow-up care. The setting supports one-on-one treatment and a predictable workday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
• Create care plans based on patient condition and goals
• Provide therapy using exercise and movement-based techniques
• Track outcomes and make adjustments when needed
• Teach proper body mechanics and home exercises
• Complete clinical notes and documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
• Experience preferred but not required
