We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Immigration Intake Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the firm. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, communicates with confidence, and understands the unique needs of an immigration law practice. As the firm's first point of contact, you will ensure a positive, supportive experience for prospective and current clients while assisting with intake, scheduling, and administrative workflows.

• Experience in a legal or professional office setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client data and documentation.
