Legal Intake Specialist

Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking an Intake Specialist to join the team. The position is hybrid , with one in-person day per week required at their office in Midtown Manhattan . Job Details Work closely with attorneys to plan intakes and case updates Perform intakes and process a high volume of client inquiries and claims Organize documents and ensure accuracy in case details Track deadlines and other important information related to client cases Communicate with clients via email and phone Prepare client reports and analyze data trends Salary: $50-55k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k) with matching!
