While the majority of your counseling sessions will be conducted virtually, you will also have access to our outpatient office setting in Elgin for any in-person meetings or training sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, gathering pertinent information to identify patients' unique needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring they align with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide individual therapy sessions and group therapy experiences, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth and resilience.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups to promote understanding among clients dealing with similar mental health challenges.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, skillfully addressing emergencies while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic patient care and coordination.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights for continuous improvement of patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting assessments and crafting effective treatment plans customized to the needs of a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in providing individual and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based approaches tailored to specific conditions.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues effectively.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards, while demonstrating sound judgment in clinical practice.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and adeptness in various digital applications for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
