For questions, contact .Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 175-195kNo Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a long-term technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives digital transformation initiatives.Lead enterprise technology projects, including system implementations, platform modernization, and AI-driven solutions from planning through successful adoption.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, data privacy, and vendor relationships to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant technology operations.Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative business solutions.What Gets You the Job: QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing teams.Proven experience leading technology implementations, systems integration projects, and third-party vendor partnerships.Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application to improve business processes and operational efficiency.Experience developing technology roadmaps, managing multiple strategic initiatives, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and data security best practices, with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
