TA Systems & Operations Specialist

AbbVie seeks a TA Systems & Operations Specialist to support talent acquisition technology execution, optimization, and continuous improvement. The role combines systems coordination, operational analytics, workflow automation, and knowledge management to drive data-driven decision-making and service delivery enhancements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support enhancements across TA technology platforms including ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
Develop operational reports and dashboards to analyze ticket volumes, service-level performance, and workflow effectiveness
Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities; partner with IT and process teams on implementation
Investigate recurring operational issues and translate data findings into actionable business insights
Maintain knowledge management systems and support AI-enabled service-delivery initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
3+ years in business operations, systems analysis, reporting, HR technology, or process improvement
Experience generating reports, analyzing operational data, and identifying trends
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation
Experience with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, or service-management technologies
Ability to document business requirements and communicate findings to stakeholders
