Client Partner (Dentsu)

Responsibilities Establish and foster working relationships with key decision makers at both client and agency levels, focusing on Holding Companies and Fortune 500 brands. Build on the strengths of Netflix’s portfolio of product offerings to close new business while renewing and up‑selling existing clients to maximize revenue. Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with professionalism, quality, and timeliness. Work with Netflix Ad Sales Product, Marketing, Research, and Revenue Yield Management to ensure client needs are met. Negotiate pricing, advertising placement, content, and event concepts. Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned accounts. Create and deliver powerful, persuasive presentations to clients. Prospect, identify, and qualify new clients. Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations. The position requires travel based on agency and client location. Qualifications At least 6 years of professional experience in the Advertising industry, with a minimum of 2 years of direct media sales experience managing complex agency and client relationships. Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes. Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers. Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions. Prospecting and cold‑calling skills are necessary. Understanding of how clients set priorities and performance goals and how to align the product portfolio to best fulfill those needs. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi‑task, make decisions, and manage at an entrepreneurial speed. Strong, confident presentation skills. Salary and Compensation The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $230,000.00 - $325,000.00. A portion of this compensation is variable.
