Work Environment

This position is located in our outpatient office, which is specifically designed for a hands-on approach to rehabilitation and recovery. Our facility offers a collaborative workspace, equipped with state-of-the-art tools and resources necessary for delivering exceptional patient care. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, including variable weekends, ensuring a balance between work responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patient needs and functional capabilities.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on individual patient assessments, which may involve therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Provide consultations to other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided, patient progress, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery and patient engagement.
• Mentor and supervise support staff, assisting with their professional development and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Engage in continuous learning through attending staff meetings, workshops, continuing education programs, and self-study to enhance clinical skills.

Our outpatient facility serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related setting.

• Proficient in using computer systems for patient management and electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
