Duct Fabrication Specialist
$26 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
Memphis, TN | Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime opportunities available

Key Job Responsibilities
- Fabricate HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal components
- Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials to specification
- Operate fabrication equipment, including rollers, brakes, and other shop machinery
- Assemble and seal duct sections for commercial HVAC systems
- Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and keep the shop organized

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal fabrication experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience using forklifts and fabrication equipment
- Welding experience is helpful, but not required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a ventilated, non-air-conditioned shop
- Commitment to safety and dependable attendance
