Private Fund Compliance Associate

A leading Alternative Asset manager is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. Reporting into the CCO, this position will be a generalist and will assist in maintaining the firm's compliance program An ideal candidate will have prior experience in another Advisers Act Compliance role.
Day-to-day you will:
- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Review firm marketing materials
- Assist with various regulatory filings (ADV, PF, etc.)
- Maintain the firm's Code of Ethics.
You should apply if you:
- Have 2+ years in another RIA compliance role
- Private Fund Experience is a plus
