Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Regional Property Manager with a can-do attitude to join our expanding team!

Position & Location

• Position: Regional Property Manager
• Location: Autumn Woods I/II, a 367/114 residential unit community, Bladensburg, MD

* Key Qualifications

• LIHTC experience preferred

• What You'll Do

• Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment and provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors
• Communicate regularly with the Corporate Office
• Maximize gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquent rent loss
• Control expenditures and approve purchases
• Conduct market and product analysis
• Recommend competitive pricing and assist in developing strategic marketing plans
• Directly supervise all Property Managers in the assigned region
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CPM designation and certified LIHTC also preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of prior property management experience required
• Minimum 3 years of Yardi software experience

Skills & Certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software such as Yardi
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
