Job Description:

This role supports an aviation company with their Technical Writing needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical information.

• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, online help, and technical specifications.

• Ensure consistency in style, format, and terminology across all documents.

• Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

• Supporting SAP activities and training for warehouse partners

• Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word would be nice to have
