Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join an enthusiastic team of imaging professionals dedicated to providing outstanding care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct an extensive range of ultrasound exams, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures, walking them through each process with empathy and understanding
• Work alongside radiologists and referring physicians to ensure delivery of high-quality diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, promptly addressing any operational issues
• Thoroughly document imaging procedures and keep precise patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and abide by best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

• Proficient technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques along with patient positioning
