Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Frederick, MD

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.

• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.

• Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.

• Maintain responsibility for inventory control, purchasing, and contracted maintenance services.

• Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

• HVAC troubleshooting skills, with basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
