Business Office Manager Job Summary: To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all phases of agency wide billing and receivables, including financial and clerical functions.

Business Office Manager Job Summary: To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all phases of agency wide billing and receivables, including financial and clerical functions.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, schedules, standards, etc. required to carry out patient billing and receivable functions.
- Responsible for financial and clerical, financial operations as well as scheduling workflow to meet priorities.
- Coordinate activities of billing and account receivables with other departments; establish effective relationships; ensure optimum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
- High School graduate or equivalent required. Additional related education preferred.
- Extensive billing experience in Medicare, Medicaid & HMO.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic clerical skills.
