Business Manager Full time - 40 hour, Monday through Friday

Business Office Manager Job Summary: To plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all phases of agency wide billing and receivables, including financial and clerical functions.


Essential Duties:

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, schedules, standards, etc. required to carry out patient billing and receivable functions.
• Responsible for financial and clerical, financial operations as well as scheduling workflow to meet priorities.
• Coordinate activities of billing and account receivables with other departments; establish effective relationships; ensure optimum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.

Desired Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent required. Additional related education preferred.
• Extensive billing experience in Medicare, Medicaid & HMO.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care software.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic clerical skills.
